Regency Guarding and Events offers a reactive key holding and alarm response service to offer you total peace of mind that your home and business is always safe and secure.
At any time, day or night, if you need a keyholder, we will send one to your residential home or business premises, providing you the support and more importantly eliminate potential risks to you, your premises or your staff, and remove any risk of consequent liability.
Our response officers are specially trained to respond to various types of, potentially dangerous situations, in a calm and professional manner. Whether they are responding to a real intruder alarm situation or a health & safety response, they proceed according to the client’s requirements and liaise with emergency services and alarm companies, to ensure that your premises or staff are safe and secure.
Our service also minimises the risk to you and your employees and eliminates the possibility of out of hours call outs, which normally has an effect on the next working day. Fortunately, the majority of all alarms are false, but if your company uses employees as keyholders, they can be placed in potentially dangerous situations and could also leave the employer at risk of a liability claim resulting from the incident.
Our 24hr, continually monitored control room is manned by highly reliable, security guards, who will respond to any calls from alarm providers, determine if the alarm activation is genuine, visit the site to deactivate and reset the alarm, notify the relevant people and provide a stress free service around the clock.
We are also very secure! All of the keys we hold are kept secure in our key room safe which is also equipped with CCTV and 24/7 manned guarding.
